 THE
MEMORY MODE
Without a PC Nearby : as a Stand Alone device it
allows the practitioner to shoot X-rays and visualise
them on the monitor of the device without the need of
the PC .The shots are saved in the device’s memory
and retrieved at a later time classified by sessions.
With a PC nearby : the patient’s name is transferred
to
the device by Bluetooth, allowing each X-ray taken to be
indexed in the memory of the hand held device under his
or her name. This way, the practitioner can do a full
session of X-ray shots for the same patient in an X-ray
room for instance or in a surgery room where computers
are not readily available. The device can store in its
memory up to 1,000 shots each one with the patient’s
name.
The transfer to the PC : the images contained in the
Memory are transferred via Bluetooth technology to
the PC and are stored in the corresponding patient’s file
using Visiodent Imaging software. |
